In 2016 and 2017, I had worked in-house with the developers of Windsor Crest Condominiums, creating a diverse yet cohesive set of visual designs during the construction of Phase III of their overall development. These designs included but were not limited to: floor plans, newspaper and web ads, brochures, flyers, slideshow presentations, outdoor signs, a map, and different sets of icons. I had worked alongside both the building contractor who owned the site, as well as the real estate agent who sold the individual units. I was also in charge of their website design and social media manaegement. This required me making posts daily or weekly to their Facebook and Instagram pages, writing and editing content for their website, and advertising when an open house was sheduled.
